Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GrowAppAI public website and the information, documentation, and resources made available through it (together, the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

2. Website Use vs. Product Agreement

These Terms govern only your use of the public Website. Any access to or use of the GrowAppAI product — including paid SaaS, pilots, design-partner programs, beta features, enterprise deployments, hybrid, or on-premises installations — is governed by a separate written agreement between you or your organization and GrowAppAI. Where such an agreement exists, it governs the product relationship, not these Terms.

3. Enterprise Agreement Priority

If you have entered into a signed agreement with GrowAppAI (for example, a master services agreement, order form, pilot agreement, or data processing agreement), that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms with respect to the subject matter it covers.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

GrowAppAI describes and, through the product, produces AI-generated and AI-assisted outputs, including recommendations, generated code, architecture suggestions, policy suggestions, test artifacts, and evidence or audit summaries (“AI Outputs”). AI Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, insecure, or otherwise unsuitable for a particular purpose. Any AI Outputs referenced on the Website are illustrative and are provided without warranty of correctness or fitness for any purpose.

5. No Production Reliance Without Review

You should not rely on AI Outputs or any technical material from the Website for production use without appropriate independent engineering, security, legal, and operational review by qualified personnel. You are responsible for validating any output before using it in a live, regulated, or business-critical environment.

6. Pilot, Beta, Demo, and Roadmap Disclaimer

Demonstrations, previews, beta features, design-partner workflows, and roadmap items described on the Website are provided for informational purposes only. They may change, be delayed, or be discontinued at any time, and are not commitments or guarantees of future functionality, availability, or performance. Forward-looking statements about the product do not create any contractual obligation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or accounts;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website except under our published responsible disclosure process;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website, including through denial-of-service activity;
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data except as expressly permitted;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Website;
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access control.

8. Sensitive Data Warning

You must not submit secrets, credentials, private keys, production passwords, access tokens, regulated or special-category personal data, or confidential or proprietary source code through public Website forms or chat. Public Website channels are not intended for sensitive data. Sensitive materials should only be shared once a signed agreement and an approved secure process are in place.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, documentation, branding, logos, UI screenshots, diagrams, whitepapers, and other marketing assets available through the Website are the property of GrowAppAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowAppAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Website.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowAppAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

13. Security Disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting the Website, please report it responsibly under our Responsible Disclosure Policy (contact security@growappai.com) rather than disclosing it publicly, and do not access or modify data that is not your own.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
